Our client is seeking a Design Manager, Rail (Traction Power Supply).

This role will be based at Head Quarters in Kuala Lumpur and may require travel to the site on and off basis. 

Responsibility for preparing and reviewing design drawings, calculations , specifications and technical documents related to TPS/rail systems.

Provide timely technical clarifications and engineering designs;

Coordinate and manage design interfaces between TPS and other railway systems, including RSY, SCADA, depot and civil works;

Support design submissions and responses;

Degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant railway projects (Design - TPS)

Minimum of 5-8 years in design engineering in railway, traction power on large infrastructure projects;

Experience in TPS Substations, OCS, Conductor rail is preferred

Familiar with railway standards and authority process and site support roles.
