Our client is seeking a Manager, Rail Network Inspection to support their activities in Dubai for EMIRATI's ONLY.

Job Purpose: Develop and manage inspection programs, including managing and conducting investigations into the Railway Protection Zone to ensure railway infrastructure protection and safety and to ensure the compliance with the systems, standards, regulations, by-laws, guidelines and procedures of the Rail Agency and to submit reports to the direct supervisor. Ensure that the assigned project is executed as efﬁciently as possible and in accordance with the Authority's approval and procedures. Provide Support and participate the Director in planning, managing and overseeing the implementation of current & future department plans & projects.

Key Results Accountabilities:

# Ensure that all Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements pertaining to the project are in place and monitored as per the project management plan.

# Participate in all of the Emergencies of the Rail agency and provide all the necessary support as needed. # Ensure Coordinate with Stakeholders internal and external to ensure all their requirements related to Handover are fulﬁlled

# Prepare the weekly, monthly and annual reports that include the statement of works achieved compared to performance indicators, statistics and data. Moreover, the obstacles and difﬁculties that had been faced and the actions taken to overcome them and any suggestions and recommendations to develop and improve the work and submit them to the director in timely manner.

# Ensure full compliance for the quality/speciﬁcation of the materials/products and work done and managing inspection/testing activities regularly during the implementation stages of the project.

# Ensure the compliance of project handover in accordance with company's project management policies and process

# Lead the development of a consistent Rail right of way program designed to strengthen communications and cooperation among NOC and Technical Support Sections.

# Ensure the list of snags and outstanding works is complete and properly followed up during the Defect Notiﬁcation Period (DNP)

Job Requirements

Education

# Bachelors' degree/ Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related engineering major from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of working experience
