Our client is looking for a Resident Civil Engineer for a contrcat they have in the Philippines.to build a number of viaducts, Needs to be civil engineer with railway viaduct experience. 36 to 48 months.

Duties and Responsibilities of Resident Civil Engineer

(1) To support Senior Resident Engineer performing construction supervision work on Civil, viaduct, trackside structures etc.
(2) Ensure full and detailed permanent site records, which will include site correspondence, survey data, quality acceptance data, site diaries, measurement and certification, minutes of meetings, and records of all other contractually relevant matters for all civil and viaduct work.
(3) Ensure that all Civil and Viaduct supervision team members undertake comprehensive day-to-day field construction supervision, quality assurance, measurements and administration services at the site.
(4) Instruct and advise all Civil and Viaduct supervision team members to maintain full and detailed permanent site records, which will include site correspondence, survey data, quality acceptance data, site diaries, measurement and certification, minutes of meetings, and records of all other contractually relevant matters.
(5) Provide the contractors with all necessary survey data and reference for setting out the works.
(6) Receive, assess and approve the contractors" implementation Civil and Viaduct work plans and programs.
(7) Ensure that the rehabilitation works are executed in accordance with all the provisions of the contract, including those relevant standards of workmanship, and other safety provisions and protection of the environment.'
(8) To support Senior Resident Engineer to compose all required supervision and quality reports."
