Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of specialty Suspension & Engineering products for the rail industry in India. They are looking for a Business Head - Track & Infrastructure to join their team. This position will be based in Delhi.

Products
1. track fastenings for ballastless mainline, metro and regular fastenings for mainline
2. Ballastless solutions like LVT, pre cast slab track
3. Embedded rail solutions
4. MSS - continuous Mats

Main task
1. P&L responsibility for entire range of products
2. Tendering & bidding, EOI's
3. Local manufacturing / sourcing and where possible use the client's manufacturing
4. Build appropriate size team with technical, sales capability and scale up when necessary
5. Interact with all foreign collaborators to introduce their products in India and manage them to company's interest.

Agencies / clients to interact with
1. Railway Board - engineering, track, civil, infra
2. RDSO
3. Dmrc, and all metros
4. L&T, KEC, kalpataru, Tata projects and all contractors for track construction and forming JV where necessary for tendering
5. Systra, DB engg, KRTC - all designers of BLT
