This international organisation are looking for a head of Commercial sales for the Asian region to be based in Bangkok. Suitable candidate would be responsible for overall commercial sales, business development in the South East Asian area to:
- Ensure the business products and services meet customer expectations;
- Establish operating policies and procedures, strategic plans and budget control;
- Be confident to provide full time delivery of the customer, by coordinating with products and services and to
- Develop a new network of business opportunities.
- Support the wider team customers' enquiries and orders are correctly documented, processed and delivered,
in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Assist the quality team in improving the effectiveness of the internal audit process.
Working in the Sales Department you would be responsible for reporting to HQ in Europe and be responsible for:
- Budgeted sales target achieved and/or surpassed.
- Budgeted margins are achieved or improved.
- Meets management's agreed objectives.
Suitable applicants should have the following qualification to be shortlisted:
1. Post graduate qualification in management;
2. Business degree in engineering, manufacturing or Commerce
3. proven experience in a similar commercial role
4. proven people managment skills
5. Ability to lead a team at all levels from management to employees
6. Excellent track record in business growth and ensuring concession planning
