Our client is bidding for consulting services for the Patna Metro in India and they are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified Chief Social Safeguard Expert to include as part of their bid.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in Metro/Rail Projects.

Major Tasks & Duties:
1) To review environment and social aspects for bidding documents.
2) To monitor implementation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMoP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)

The consultancy will start in 2024 and go to 2029. Looking at 30 Man-Months for this role.
