Our client is seeking a Manager Infrastructure Maintenance, Rail Maintenance to lead and manage infrastructure maintenance strategies, execution plans, and contractor performance to ensure asset reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance with client regulations and best global practices.
This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our client will only consider Emiratis / UAE Nationals for this role.

Strategy
• Develop comprehensive maintenance plans with numeric goals and lifecycle-based regimes aligned with asset management policies and long-term infrastructure objectives.
• Define maintenance targets and key initiatives; evaluate outcomes against international benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate infrastructure cost projections and Estimate Replacement Value (ERV) data to support financial planning and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead the development of climate change adaptation plans, including risk assessments, adaptation measures, and long-term resilience planning.
• Hold authority over research and development coordination in collaboration with the Innovation & Pioneering Department, including oversight of pilot programs, new technology evaluation, and academic partnerships.
Operations
• Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for stations, viaducts, tunnels, and supporting infrastructure systems.
• Manage resource mobilization and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure maintenance programs.
• Lead contractor supervision, work program approvals, site inspections, and evaluation of completed works to ensure quality and safety.
• Facilitate inspections during project take-over and at the end of the defect liability period; ensure snag lists are prepared and rectified appropriately.
