We are bidding for work on the Malolos-Clark Railway Project in the Philippines, and we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Knowledge Transfer / Organizational Development Expert (2 person-months).

Responsibilities:

* Design and document a structured knowledge transfer and institutionalization plan for the client.

* Design and develop structured training programs, facilitator guides, and training-of-trainers (ToT) resources for the client's Rail personnel covering consultancy contract management, M&E, and performance analysis.

* Prepare toolkit structures, templates, and standard operating procedures to support institutional adoption.

* Establish a centralized repository structure for all capacity-building materials, methodologies, and project assets.

* Design post-training evaluation and impact assessment frameworks to support sustainability of capacity gains.
