Our client is bidding for work on the Project Management, Design, Procurement Support, and Supervision Consultant for Development and Upgradation of Terminal, Navigational and Emergency Infrastructure for Mumbai Water Metro - Phase 1.

 

They are seeking suitably experienced and qualified candidates for the following:

 

1. Team Leader (number of man months = 36)

Minimum Qualification: ME / M. Tech (Civil / Structural / Port & Harbour) or MBA (Infrastructure)

Experience Requirements: 15+ years total, min. 10 years as Project Manager / Team Leader for Marine Infrastructure or Port/Jetty & Water Metro projects. Must have led at least 2 Water Metro or Ferry Terminal project.

 

2. Structural Engineer (number of man months = 12)

Minimum Qualification: B.E. Civil + M.E./M. Tech. Structural

Experience Requirements: 10+ years, experience in RCC and steel design for both marine and building structures using STAAD-Pro / ETABS / SAP.

 

3. Architect (number of man months = 12)

Minimum Qualification: B. Arch (registered with Council of Architecture, India)

Experience Requirements: 5+ years, experience in design of public transport & Marine terminals, waterfront buildings, or infrastructure.

 

4. MEP Engineer (number of man months = 12)

Minimum Qualification: B.E. Electrical / Mechanical

Experience Requirements: 5+ years in MEP design for infrastructure / public buildings including HVAC, fire detection, plumbing, electrical.

 

5. Geotechnical Engineer (number of man months = 12)

Minimum Qualification: M.E. / B.E. Geotechnical / Civil

Experience Requirements: 5+ years with marine geotechnical investigation experience.

 

6. QA/QC Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (number of man months = 12)

Minimum Qualification: B.E. Civil + QA/QC certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements: 5+ years in construction quality assurance and quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.

 

7. Junior Engineers (Site) (03 Nos.) (number of Man Months = 12)

Minimum Qualification: B.E. Civil

Experience Requirements: 3+ years, full-time site deployment at terminal sites during construction phase.
