Our client is bidding for work on the ETCS Sector 1 North Project and they are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of ETCS Cyber Security Engineer.
The ETCS Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for performing cyber security activities across the S1N ETCS L2 project to ensure that all systems are designed, implemented, and operated in compliance with cyber security standards and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the identification, assessment, and management of cyber security risks, ensuring that cyber security processes are integrated into the project lifecycle.
The key objective of the Systems Integration team is to ensure safe deployment of ETCS L2 on schedule.
The ETCS Cyber Security Engineer roles and responsibilities are expected to evolve as the Systems Integration activities are progressively defined.
Position Responsibilities
Core scope for this role will include, but will not be limited to:
* Identification, assessment, and management of cyber security risks across all ETCS delivery elements.
* Development and maintenance of cyber security threat logs, ensuring that all threats and vulnerabilities are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
* Conduct cyber security assurance activities, including risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews, to support project milestones and certification requirements.
* Review existing Queensland Rail cyber security solution and technologies to ensure consistency of architecture and controls.
* Development of ETCS integrated cyber security assurance report
* Review and collaborate with contract package deliveries.
