Our client is a New Delhi-based provider of Deep-Tech Solutions for Railways, offering advanced communication, monitoring, and control systems that are transforming India's railway ecosystem. With strong collaborations with global OEMs and proven deployments across Indian Railways, they are building next-generation digital rail solutions.

 

They are seeking a proactive Application Engineer to join our Railways Business Unit. This role involves working closely with customers, project teams, and product specialists to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and support of our solutions such as:

* Distributed Power Wireless Communication Systems (DPWCS)

* Remote Monitoring & Control Systems (RMS/IoT platforms)

* Train Control & Monitoring Systems (TCMS)

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Railway domain (preferred) or in industrial automation/control systems.

Candidates must be Indian citizens and willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR.  

 

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a technical interface between customers, project managers, and product development teams.

* Understand customer requirements and prepare application-specific solutions, system configurations, and integration plans.

* Support installation, commissioning, and testing activities in collaboration with the field service team.

* Conduct system demonstrations, product presentations, and training sessions for clients.

* Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues, escalating to engineering teams when required.

* Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and application notes.

* Work on customizations, adaptations, and validation testing for specific railway/automation projects.
