Our client is bidding for work on the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in India and they are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Chief Structural Design Expert (Underground) (National). 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Review and approval of tender design/drawings along with specifications for the procurement of civil related components elevated structures.
2. Proof checking of geotechnical reports/data, providing the technical inputs for design etc.

3. Proof check and approval of the technical civil works proposals, design and drawings of civil works such as structural elements of station, entry-exit, PD, viaduct, ramps, depot, drainage arrangement, roads subways, utility diversions, STP, retaining wall, Sheds, railing, cable trays, crash barrier, view barrier, steel structure, PEB & facade, bearing, method statements, repair methodology, building, construction methodology, erecting scheme, temporary structure and all miscellaneous items related to implementation of project etc.
4. Ensure that recommended design complies with tender requirements, enactments, codes and regulations relevant to the Civil Works and has taken into consideration the construction methodologies, associated Temporary Works and Contractor's Equipment and available resources.
