Our client is currently executing a consulting assignment for the Development of the Operations Plan and Standards for the GCC Railway Network in Saudi Arabia.  

They have mobilised a strong core team of Indian subject-matter experts based in Riyadh, covering Railway Operations & Safety, Rolling Stock and Systems, Civil Engineering, ICT & Telecom, and Commercial & Traffic domains.  

They need an international Railway Operations Expert with strong report structuring and writing capabilities. The envisaged role would involve close coordination with all domain experts, synthesising and integrating their inputs, and leading the compilation of a single, cohesive report aligned with global best practices and client expectations. The estimated effort for this engagement is approximately four weeks.
