Our client is seeking a Procurement Manager to support their activities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement for complex rail projects, developing strategies, managing supplier relationships, handling tenders (RFPs/EOIs), negotiating contracts for large spends (engineering, IT, construction), ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving cost savings for critical assets like rolling stock, infrastructure, and IT, working closely with finance and stakeholders for budget adherence and operational excellence.
