Our client is looking for an experienced rolling stock engineer for the position of Rolling Stock Expert to support their activities on the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) Phase 1, (Valenzuela to Paranaque).

The Rolling Stock Expert shall provide specialist technical support and assurance for all Rolling Stock-related activities for the Metro Manila Subway Project. The role focuses on detailed technical review, interface support and advisory input to ensure that Rolling Stock design, testing, commissioning, and integration activities comply with the Employer's Requirements, applicable standards, safety requirements, and the approved project programme, while achieving full interoperability with other railway systems. 

Scope of Services and Responsibilities are:

-   Technical and Design Review 

-   Systems Integration and Interfaces 

-   Testing, Commissioning, and Demonstration Runs 

-   Safety Assurance and RAMS 

-   Programme, Risk, and Change Management 

-   Stakeholder and Contractor Support

The Rolling Stock Expert reports to the Rolling Stock Manager / Systems Integration Manager and works closely with the Systems Integration, Safety Assurance, Testing & Commissioning, and Discipline Experts.
