Our client is bidding for work on the NCRTC/GC for Delhi-Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor Delhi- Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor.
They are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Sr. Architectural Expert (Construction Support) (International).
Roles & Responsibilities: Proof-checking of Architectural designs/ drawings submitted by DDC in view of following: - Design optimization of stations, depot, PD areas & other supporting buildings like housing, police stations/ post, barracks, RSS, public convenience structures such as facility areas, skywalks, etc, based on international expertise. - Review and context-based value addition for station design and urban form to assist NCRTC for improvisation and finalization. - Review of schemes and value addition for optimized and innovative PEB Structures, Architectural finishes, aesthetic lighting, etc. to assist NCRTC for improvisation and finalization. - Suggest modern technologies/methodologies for station design and implementation based on international expertise/best practices. - Suggest sustainable ideas/features based on international expertise/best practices. - Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/NCRTC. Assist NCRTC for presentations to be made to the Ministries/statutory approving authorities/ other stake holders/ management as per requirement.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in architecture and having Working Knowledge in Writing and Speaking English. - Minimum 20 Years post Bachelor's degree experience in Infrastructure sub sector related to Transport & Logistics as defined in clause 2.4.1, Note (i). - Relevant Experience - 15 years' experience for Planning and review of detailed Architectural design and drawings of Elevated stations, Underground stations and Depot, Preparation of Tender Drawings of Rail based Passenger Transit system as Chief Architecture Expert or equivalent position. - The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year). - Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as defined in above clause-3.2 (II)(B)(i) as Chief Architectural Expert or equivalent. The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year). - If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows: Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments - International Experience- Minimum 03 years' experience on projects for Rail based Passenger Transit system with operational speed of 160 kmph or more in Country(s) as defined in Clause 3.2(II)(A).
