Our client is bidding for work on the NCRTC/GC for Delhi-Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor Delhi- Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor.

They are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Chief E&M, ECS, TVS and HVAC Expert.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recommendation of Estimates for Tender packages and of Tender Documents of E&M, TVS, ECS, BMS Packages
- Review of Design, Proof checking & recommendation with engineering report to NCRTC for approval,
- Prebid meetings, Tender evaluation, etc
- Procurement & implementation of E&M and TVS & ECS system
- Site Monitoring and Interface for E&M and TVS & ECS Works.
- Vendor Evaluation & Factory Inspection, Dispatch clearance after FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of material/ equipment if required by Employer (NCRTC)
- Issue Milestone Certificate of Site work with MIR (Material inspection report) and Site measurement of work. Payment recommendation to Employer.
- Verification and submission of Documents for statutory clearance including CMRS (Commissioner Metro Rail Safety) and Fire Authority, Directorate of Electrical Safety, EIG, etc
- Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Employer.

Job Requirements

- Graduate in Electrical Engineering with working Knowledge of reading, writing and Speaking in English.

- Minimum 20 Years post minimum qualification experience in any Rail based Passenger Transit system.

- Relevant Experience - 05 years' experience for Design /Review and Implementation of ECS System, TVS System Building Management system, E&M System, Lift and Escalators, Fire detection and Suppression System for Rail Based Passenger Transit System as Chief E&M, ECS, TVS and HVAC Expert or equivalent position.

- The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).

- Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as Chief E&M, ECS, TVS and HVAC Expert or equivalent position or one level below.

- The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).

- If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows:
Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments
Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments
