Our client is seeking the services of experienced professionals in integration (of major infrastructure projects) to lead, manage and support critical integration activities between Stage 1, Stage 2, signalling works packages and interfacing projects for The Wave (Rail).

 

They are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Manager, Technical Integration Solutions.

 

The Manager, Technical Integration Solutions is responsible for developing and managing technical solutions to ensure the seamless integration of systems, subsystems, and interfaces across the Wave (Rail) project. This role (and their team) focuses on resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring compatibility between physical and digital systems, and supporting the progressive delivery of safe, reliable, and operationally ready systems. The key objective of the Integration team is to ensure safe operation of passenger services and delivery of all Project Sponsor Requirements by 2032.

Core scope for this role will include, but will not be limited to: 

* Develop and implement technical solutions to address "business as usual' and complex integration challenges.

* Work closely with the Executive Director, Engineering, Constructability and Rail Operations, Package Directors and delivery teams to lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to system interfaces, configuration, and compatibility between physical and digital systems.

* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that technical solutions are integrated into system design, development, and testing processes.

* Work closely with commercial teams and Package Directors to ensure that integration issues and their resolved solutions are compatible with the commercial frameworks that support the project. 

* Drive continuous improvement in technical integration processes and solutions to optimise project outcomes and ensure long-term system performance, including capturing and sharing lessons learned with other projects where relevant.
