Educational qualifications
The Migration Manager is required to have, as a minimum, bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certificates in project management or migration methodologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous.
Experience
The Migration Manager shall possess the following professional experience:
1) Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in managing complex system migrations, preferably within railway, transportation, or large infrastructure projects.
2) Proven track record of successful data and system migrations in EPC or similar project environments.
3) Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external interfacing parties during migration activities.
4) Familiarity with Railway control, Signalling, or IT systems is highly desirable.
5) Experience working in international and multicultural project teams is preferred.
