Suitable applicants should have:
* Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree is essential.
* Professional certifications and memberships in relevant engineering associations and project management
* Minimum 10 years of working experience in the ticketing industry in developed countries, including significant exposure to BUS sector operations. Experience may have been acquired in vendor, operator, or consultancy roles.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ABT (Account-Based Ticketing) and open-loop projects, covering the full lifecycle from design to commissioning, with demonstrable experience in BUS systems.
* Experience in upgrading/migration projects involving AFC systems (such as CBT to CBT, or CBT to ABT) is a plus, particularly if involving BUS fleets.
* Knowledge of integrated ticketing systems encompassing multiple transport modes, including BUS, is highly valued.
* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in public transport ticketing, with a focus on BUS systems alongside metro and rail.
* Technical knowledge of ABT technology, and open loop, card-based ticketing, QR code.
* Familiarity with fare validation devices and vending machines for BUS networks is a plus.
